Week Three ~ Root

Char Says:

I've been aware of how many times my mind wants to go to 'problems, worries, or upsets' with regards to my health,

I've needed to reassure my girl by bringing her to present time over and over again ~ She is HERE with me and we are in present time NOW ~ we are not back in big, scary hospitals with people talking in hushed voices in German!

There is NOTHING to be scared of NOW.

So we tap together "ZERO problems, worries, or upsets about my health!"  "I release and let go of the CAUSE of all physical pain and discomfort"  

We grab a wrist and anchor IN "yes Yes YES" into our root chakra which is once again in present time.

We affirm (while holding our wrist with INTENTION of anchoring it into the root) 


  • My immune system ROCKS!
  • My body is feeling better and better allll the time!
  • Its getting easier and easier to remember that I'm in present time.
  • It's easier for me to stay in the OBSERVER seat inside myself while in the midst of adversity and NOT REACT!  We are MAKING PROGESS!!!


I'm AWARE that I feel like there's more room inside myself.

I'm AWARE that I'm feeling even MORE love and happiness.

This week I have been feeling bloated and blah in my waist area.  These yoga poses should help!

Reclined Goddess Pose
Why: Restorative, opens groin
How to it: Begin lying on your back. Bend knees and place feet on the ground. Take feet together, knees apart, allow arms to relax on either side of you. Breathe here for at least 10 breaths.

Locust
Why: Massages the abdomen and reproductive organs
How to do it: Lie facedown on the floor with big toes together. Reach arms long on either side of you and use a big inhale to lift chest and feet off the ground. Breathe here for five deep breaths.
