Week Two ~ Root

Jen:  

This week I've noticed that I've needed to stop, take five deep breaths, and walk more to clear my head and get away from distractions such as television, computer, telephone, people, and become one with the woods.

Char:

I have had to totally and completely unplug from wifi frequency this week, which has made it very challenging to stay current with our blog!

I'm noticing that I'm needing to stretch so much more - so I've been laying on the big exercise ball and really massaging my organs while breathing to help DETOX from all the energy shifting my 'girl' and I are doing.

I have become more aware of worrisome thoughts when they arise and its been easier to tap on ZERO PROBLEMS, WORRIES, or UPSETS and then do the 'what if' game to shift the energy.

I seem to be less reactive - WAHOOOOO!

Root strengthening:  

  • I am totally safe in this moment - so I can feeel totally safe in this moment!
  • My autoimmune system ROCKs!  
  • What's it like to live pain free?
  • What's it like to be strong and healthy more of the time?
  • Thank you Godd for always getting me to and from without incident!
