We came together and started with movement ~ thank you, Jen!
We then got grounded and did some royal flushing.
We looked at the possibility that we could feel better.
We got in touch with our inner 'girls' and asked them to join us here in present time.
We gained understanding of how they first came home to the tribe and laid around observing their reactive environment.
Their little chakras were grounding into safety or not...
We used Faster EFT (tapping) and NLP techniques to shift our girls to present time, etc!
